I love these resistance bands! The three sizes are perfect for different exercises and they truly increase the activation of the glutes! I recommend donkey kicks with the large band, hip raises with the medium, and squats with the small. I haven't had any of them roll on my thighs, unlike my plastic bands which have to be adjusted every few reps. They're well constructed and the fabric is thick and non-irritating on bare skin. The elastic is exposed on the inside of the bands, which prevents them from slipping as well.
