      Perfect fit bands

      My personal trainer recommeded these to me for glute activation. I purchased the 3 pack because I was tried of using bands that were either too small or too big. I am have bigger hips and these fit me perfectly. I can't wait to get into smaller sizes. I do feel sore the next day when I use these which is a great feel.

      Best glute bands

      By far one of my favorite glute bands I should have ordered the bundle to begin with but nonetheless this band did help me a lot with my squats after using them for a few weeks my glutes have gotten stronger. The bands are very comfortable and easy to use. The workout guide is a good baseline to get you started but I have incorporated my own workouts into the program. I am very happy with them and will be ordering the bundle soon.
